Yep.
Well I suppose you could post whatever you wanted to under your own blog. However, when you're associated with MDRA, you probably have to censored a little more.
Chitown transplant looking for a good (read: 200 meter) indoor track or health club with same in St. Paul or Minneapolis open to all comers for training, preferably early a.m. and/or late evening after work. Thx.
